I can’t believe it’s only 10 days till christmas.
Where has the year gone?
I seem to say that every year (don’t we all?) and it’s always a reminder about how precious each and every moment is.
Mum and I have had a lot to deal with in the last couple of months, dealing with Nana’s illness and squeezing in as much time with her as we could before she passed away.
In previous years we have closed the store only for a few days over the chrissy break – reopening between boxing day and new years eve. This is going to be a tough christmas for our family, and Mum and I have decided that we are going to take this opportunity to have a short break, spend some time together and prepare for the new year.
Our last day of trading for 2009 will be Wednesday 23rd December.
